August

August was a really fun month for this little Fox family. I turned 30! Yikes. My BFF came into to town from Tucson, AZ and spent a week with us. We had all sorts of fun shopping, getting facials, going out, napping, and eating. Vince loved having someone else to play with and says, "Sara's comin' " evertime I say Kowkadukadik (which is what Sara made us for dinner one night). Brian organized a surprise party for me at Trezo Vino which was awesome and I am still amazed he was able to pull off the surprise. I'm a bit of a snoop so I must have really been slacking that month.

Vince is getting taller these days and uses the word "no" at least 100 times each and every day. We love having a 2 year old :) I am actually looking forward to starting potty training with him this fall and getting that whole experience over with. These days he is still in love with monster trucks, construction trucks and anything with candy on it. At least he loves his baths and laughs at jokes and is truly becoming a little man. We love the time we all get to spend together and look forward to making our family bigger in the near future. We had fun going to Deanna Rose a.k.a The Farm and running around.

I got my acceptance letter into the nursing program at Research College/Rockhurst University the weekend after my birthday. It was a wonderful letter to get since I was in bed sick that whole week pretty much. I will begin in August 2011 and finish in August 2012. Brian is my biggest cheerleader and supporter and I will definitely not be able to finish without him.

Brian's job is going great and he has exceeded his sales goals again this quarter so YAY BRIAN!!!! He loves what he does and that makes things so much easier and fun for him to go in each morning.

September is Brian's birthday so I will post pictures from whatever it is we do to celebrate him as well. It will be something good...i promise (hehehehehehehhe)

Mark and Kait were around in August which was a blast and we are sad to see each of them leave this weekend (Mark back to NC and Kaith to Pitt). We, as well as the entire Fox Family anticipate May next year when they will both be closer to KC.

I have done several new pieces of furniture but don't have pics yet so I'll try to get those up soon. Love and hugs to our family and friends.
